THANK YOU to everyone who donated books, time & effort to this year’s Book Swap! All Whittier students were able to take home at least one new book! Photos are posted on our Flickr page.

No need to worry if you were absent on Tuesday or Wednesday…tomorrow is make up day! Ask your teacher for an appropriate time for you to visit the Book Swap Room to choose your book! Don’t forget your tickets :)

We’d like to thank all of our Whittier Families who came out on Friday night to share our Harvest Festival with us!  We hope that you all had lots of fun with the games, crafts and food.  We’d like to especially thank all of the teachers who worked with their classrooms to make the beautiful artwork that hung throughout the festival.  Also, thank you to all of the people who helped set up, work, and clean up during the event.  A very special thank you needs to be given to the Harvest Festival committee members who worked very hard to make the evening fun and spectacular for all of us.  It was a great night and we look forward to the next PTO event!

Photos from the Harvest Festival are now up on our Flickr page.
